Environmental Stewardship
The BIC has engaged environmental issues since the 1972 UN Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm. Its approach is guided by the principle that science and spiritual values must work together. It advocates for sustainable development, ethical consumption, and a recognition that the earth belongs to all generations — present and future.
